Lapp Group will be updating their IT systems very soon to ensure the quality of their service is constantly improving for their wide base of customers. Lapp always aims to deliver high quality customer service and wish to inform everyone of a new update on the horizon, which may cause slight interruption to orders. This update will cause a delay to their usual shipments from Germany, which means from 27th March 2015 for approximately two weeks, they will NOT be receiving any deliveries from Germany.
Good news is just around the corner as for those who eagerly await their new cables or cable accessories from their product range, could still have them in good time during this period. Lapp Group offer a great range of cables designed individually for a variety of specific industries. They work within the Food and Beverage industry as well as Automation, Robotics and Wine Energy. Cables available from their range include their popular BUS and Profibus cables to a number of services such as cable harnessing.
Lapp Group currently holds £2million worth of stock in their secure London warehouse, which luckily for their UK based customers is not affected by this shipment delay. Therefore if you wish to purchase BUS, Profibus cables or any other cables and cable accessories, you can check their availability in their UK stock. If your desired product is available, you will receive your order at the allocated time given by the Lapp sales team.
However, if you are worried that you won’t be able to buy your required product due to no UK stock during this period then it is advised to place your order as soon as possible prior to this delay. This way, Lapp Group can sufficiently check stock and deliver your items at the most convenient time for you.
